My local Costco sells giant bags of dried Acai berries for very little. Seems to me if you want Acai berries you could just eat them.
These scams don't just happen w/weight loss & dietary supplements. I see energy products, teeth whiteners, wrinkle creams, cellulite creams & machines...
Even financial scams - some that are even legal - to a point. Think Maddoff, right?

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
