My rear end has no flesh on it. I don't even have a gluteal fold. It is very hare to sit for any length of time, esp. on a hard chair.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Believe it or not, I have discovered one drawback in losing weight! I cannot sit on a hard chair for long or my butt gets sore! I no longer have the padding!lol
