I remember drinkning a lot of Kool-Aid, and sometimes sodas, and Icees (aka Slurpies). THere was soda factory in my home town. You'd get a giant wooden crate to fill with any flavors you wanted, ginger, blackberry, cola, rootbear, cream soda, orange, etc. But that was a special treat. I must've drunk water, but certainl don't remember it.
My DB & SIL give my 10 yr old nephew Gatorade & the like when he plays his basketball/soccer/baseball games, but I do see him drinking a lot of water. SO I'm hopeful.
what an eye opener.............thanks for sharing...........
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results. When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness. Pacific time
