Bill's surgery was less complex than anticipated. He is now recouperating at home with his wife and children. Physical therapy will begin in about 3 weeks.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

My son, Bill, is a helicopter pilot in Iraq. He has broken his left arm in a couple of places and dislocated the ulna bone. The army flew him to Germany on Friday for surgery on it.
