Many Happy Blessings to you Jen & to your family!
Stay calm and carry on.
Wow, congratulations to Coach Jen. I missed the announcement. I hope that everything goes/went smoothly.

Coach Jen on the impending arrival of your baby. Babies are such a miracle. You will be missed while you are on leave, but just enjoy the time with the baby and your other child, too. They grow up so quickly so enjoy them while they are young. Linda

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Let's all send our congratulations and well wishes to Coach Jen!
Here is her announcement:
I wanted to let you know that within the next few weeks, I'll be disappearing for a little while. My second child is due soon, which means I'll be on maternity leave. I'm going to turn my SparkMail off when I go, so that's probably how you'll know that I'm gone.
Coach Dean will be keeping an eye on things in my absence. If you have Team issues while I'm gone (replacing inactive Team leaders, deleting Teams, other Team issues, etc.) you'll want to SparkMail Coach Dean and he'll take care of them for you. He'll also be answering questions in our Team forum as necessary (just like I do).
FYI: We will be announcing a November Team Leader of the Month next week, but then that program will go on hold until February.
I'm sure things will run very smoothly while I'm gone, and you'll be fully prepared to welcome all of the new members to your Teams when the January rush begins. Like I said, I'll still be around for a few weeks, so if you need anything in the meantime, just let me know.
