When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Perhaps some of you have noticed these changes already, however, wanted to pass along Coach Jen's news about these changes.
I wanted to let you know about some new Community enhancements that launched yesterday.
Each week we will give members a new (optional) topic to blog about. This will be featured on the main Community page, and the topic will also go out each week in the Weekly Spark. We hope this helps members find topics to blog about, and also want to encourage people to discuss each other's blogs. There is also an "I liked this" icon on blog posts. Highly rated blogs will show up on the main Community tab, and under each of the topics we suggest each week.
Blogs also have a new look to them, and the "I liked this" icon shows up on Message Board posts as well. Highly rated posts will show up on the main Community tab.
