There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
We've had some problems recently with "chain mail", so I'm going to ask that you remind your teams about our policies regarding these types of things.
It's a violation of our Community Guidelines to forward any kind of chain letters. This includes things like warnings about email scams, or other kinds of games where you have to fill out questionaires about yourself. This wouldn't be a big deal if you were just sending it to one other person. But people are forwarding them to groups of people, and that's when the problems start.
So I would ask that you refrain from sending any forwards like this, and please pass the word along to your teams about it too.
