When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I just wanted to share a wonderful book with all of you. I am currently reading "Winning by losing: Drop the Weight, Change your lift" by Jillian Michaels (of the Biggest Loser fame).
It is an absolutely wonderful book, and talks about "3-S" (Self, Science and Sweat), and I just started the workout plan from the book today! I thought it was going to be quite easy but it was very challenging and I am excited to see the results I get from the 12 week plan! The program is centered on burn-and-tone cardio training and I absolutely love it!!!
