don- thanks for the link to that amazing blog. raising money for an excellent cause and pedaling the perimeter of the U.S. what a fantastic and inspirational journey. i'm going to share this with a few of my biking friends/family.
my gym is having a Tour de France challenge where teams of 3 or 4 people try to ride 1000 miles (total - not individually) in 30 days. starts july 5th so i am gearing up for some increasing mileage. you can do indoors (classes or not) and outdoors to attain this goal. hmm...hope i can keep it up.
thanks again for the link! sara
Buffy: "Does it get easy? Giles: "What do you want me to say?" B:"Lie to me." G: "Yes. It's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true. The bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats. We always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies and everyone lives happily ever after."
