I'm feeling much better today, guarding my sleep has been very helpful and I couldn't help but notice how much MORE I was enjoying moving to my tunes while on my treadmill today.
Here's what cranked me up this morning:
The Who Live at Leeds...My Generation...what a pumped up overture of the highlights of their rock opera Tommy they've embedded into this 15 min. jam!
Earth Wind & Fire, jamming to Sun Goddess on their stupendous live album Gratitude...you just can't help but MOVE to this stuff!
Huey Lewis - Power of Love...yes!
Yes - Roundabout...live!
Jan Garbarek - It's High Time (usually morose and somber, this is an exception where Jan is JAMMIN'!)
Santana - there is almost ALWAYS some Carlos in my mix...! This time it was Life Is ANEW! from one of my favorite albums of his Borboletta, circa 1974.
What are others listening to these days...?
