If you want to concentrate more on the personal training aspect you can visit ISSA like you've done or go to NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). They do certifications for both personal training and for strength and conditioning specialists.
However if you are really serious about the nutrition aspect you can research close by Universities for that major. If you graduate with a bachelors degree and become a registered nutritionist you can work with anyone from pediatrics to adult athletes, own your own business etc.
The choice is really up to you as far as the level of education you want and the amount of money you can spend.
As far as financial aide when going to a community college or 4 yr university you can apply for FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). These are grants awarded by the government and don't have to be paid back.
For all other programs you can take out loans and pay them back through the money earned.
Goodluck, let us know how the search comes along for you =)
