I think it must be the same as 4-wheeling, as it is a 4-wheeled ATV used for off road purposes. Around here we don't call it 4-wheeling though, we just call it quading. I love finding out small differences between different places.
First I'd heard of the word...is it the same as four-wheeling...?

I don't know. I checked under 4-wheeling and that's not listed either.

I am wondering if anyone else out there counts quading as an exercise. I see that snowmobiling counts as a cardio, but there is no quading listed. Also, I would consider quading more of a strength training than a cardio, as I use my arms a lot, but haven't really noticed my heart racing unless there is a close call, but that isn't due to the exercise.
