Wow! Good deal Tamalita...WTG! Had you done anything special to achieve this...? Inquiring weight losers wanna know! :-)

BUT: Save your feedback for the NEW THREAD I'm going to start up under "Challenges"!

It looks to me as though there is a place for a weekly weigh-in, daily chat here...so I'm going to start this as a "sticky" thread under "Challenges".

From now on folks, post your weigh-in updates and any chat / feedback related to this under the NEW, IMPROVED WEEKLY WEIGH-IN!

I'm up a pound but think it's water from the excess sodium yesterday. Will flush that out today and reweigh tomorrow.

I've been fairly flat over the past few weeks...of course being grounded off the treadmill for almost two weeks didn't help. But at least I haven't gained!

Ah - I'm slowing down...down 1.5 this week...not the 4 of last 2 weeks....but PROGRESS all the same! emoticon

Well, I weighed in today. I only lost 1.8 pounds today for grand total of 39. I was hoping to break the 40 pound mark but fell short...darn... oh well, maybe next week. Guess I can't complain too much.,, 39 pounds since February 16th ain't whistling Dixie.

I weigh in officially on Saturdays with Weight Watchers but can post the results any day you choose... no other group in Sparks that I belong in has a weekly weigh in posting, just daily check ins that people sometimes post what they did on their weigh ins

I also have a weigh-in for another Team...wasn't sure, however if there were a number of folks who DON'T have weigh-ins with other Teams if it would be worth considering to add one here?

I'm already a part of a weekly weigh-in in another group. Most of us weigh on Monday morning. It helps me watch a little closer on the week-end.

Just wondering...would people be interested in having a weekly weigh-in thread as an ongoing challenge? Each of us could post what it is our weight goals are and pick our day of the week that we post our progress.

Let me know your thoughts on this and if there is the interest I'll start up a Weekly Weigh-In thread.

Also if you have a particular suggestion as to how to structure the weigh-in, I am more than open to ideas.
