Don't give up on the challenge...sometimes we bite off more than we can chew...been there, done that! In fact I doubt I'll reach my goal this month also due to some soreness in my quad muscles, had to slow down and rest a bit more than I would have wanted.
Just keep tracking what you do and over time you can bump up your accomplishments.

Seems that you are always answering my questions! I'm glad because you are a good example and already lost a lot of weight. Do you remember me? You sent me an adress URL to add myself fot the february challenge but I wasn't able to find out how I must use this adress, anyway I don't think I will be able to reach my 900minutes of cardio for this month. As I said I'm really tired actually but please don't get me wrong I still want to do exercices and make good healthy choices, as you recommanded to me I will have to slow down the intensity of my exercices, I weight actually 227pounds and my goal is 150pounds, I don't really have a period of time to reach this goal but do want to reach it someday. I will slow down for sure because trying to go to fast is not a good thing I think. Thanks again for taking time to answer me and I will follow your february challenge, hoping I will be able to get in the june challenge maybe Linda
Hi, I'm new to SP and really, really enjoy this site! Unfortunatly I think that I went to far with my cardio challenge and I feel that I have no more energy to do anything. I wanted to join the February Challenge but the first week end I did a lot of Cardio, maybe it's because I have a lot of weight to lose but since last week end I only work out once, my body has no more energy to do exercice after my day work! Maybe someone can give me good advices with this burn out?
