So far, I've only run one. I was invited to run the SoCal Ragnar in April, but it conflicts with two other races I've already signed up for.
Well, that, and they are also really expensive.
Just the initial sign-up fees are $100 at the minimum, assuming you get the earliest entry fee. I am running my two half marathons in April for $55 a piece. And Ragnar includes all those other expenses, too. I think I paid over $200 in total for Ragnar Las Vegas, and I'm local.
So, my question is, how can you afford to run more than one or two a year? I'd love to run another, but I can't justify the expense when the cost would cover 3 or 4 other races, and I usually only run 3 to 5 races a year.
