Wish I could have it, but alas, I have an allergy to honey of any kind. I'm glad it helps you.

What a miracle honey (unpasterized local) is! I am on wildflower honey (2 tbsp. in my coffee or (green) tea per day) for my allergies & asthma for about a couple of months now and other than a couple of slight problems here and there, my allergies and asthma is so good that I went to my checkup with my dr. and she said (for the first time I can remember) that my lungs are clear and everything looks good. She told me that I can start a little each day exercising til I get to 1 hr a day.

I exercised a little today.
