Had an attack yesterday out of the blue. Caught it before I stopped breathing, but had to nebulize last night (which I hate.) Can definitely feel the after effects this morning. Wish I could spend Thanksgiving in a nice steamy tent with a hot cup of tea and a waterproof book.
LOL, Roni. Tell your doctor you must be eating healthy if your hair is as long and luxurious as it is!! My doctor told me my high blood pressure was weight-related and it is to some extent, but I've also found that learning how to manage stress is a BIG factor. And as for my asthma, had it since I was a tiny little thing, so don't think weight is the reason for that.
wonders if my doc has seen that cause everything is about my weight,(gained when quit smoking and severe depression from failed marriage) asthma (damaged sinuses and bronchial tubes from oven blow up in face), sleep apnea (thinks that is related to the sinus and bronchial damage also) high blood pressure (low functioning kidney from ob/gun doctor putting 9 laproscopic staples in my ureter) pre diabetic (this one is really about the weight), oh dear next he will be blaming my long hair for the excess weight too. but i think my hair is my best surface feature.

I went to the doctor yesterday regarding my asthma and I found out something I wanted to share with the group. New research shows that the fat on the body releases inflammatory elements which can make asthma worse. Yet another good reason to get in shape!
