Your more than welcome to post daily on our September challenge of losing 5 pounds daily and put your struggles on there. I know that I flip flop quite a bit with weight due to my IBS and fluid retention. We are always here if you would like to drop us a line and hope we can help you work through this struggle.

how to help
i am guessing it is being able to develope that tie that binds us together on a regular basis. so far everything seems like a hit or miss and is so random.
logging in it would be nice to see an email asking how the day went something more personal

i am feeling rather discombobulated at the moment i am having difficulty establishing support here at sparkpeople and on the home front.and i dont know if it is all me not being able to connect or something else
i did great for my first 6 weeks with sparkpeople i lost 6 pounds and then belly flopped backwards and put 4 pounds and maybe more back on since then. i asked my son to call me to help motivate me to work out (he tacked on housecleaning and that is not helping with the exercise) and he is doing a great job being consistant trying to help me. any hints
health issues have been aggravating progress too. even though i have had asthma for 40 years now all of a sudden it is becoming a serious obstruction. blood work this last week didnt help body is trying to go diabetic.
