Welcome and glad to have you. For me I do the walk away the pounds DVDs that way I can stay inside. They come in 1,2,3,4,&5 miles and they are like an aerobic workout. You might check into them and see what you think. Good luck and hope you find a balance.

Hi,, my name is Jenny, I have severe asthma, 2 years ago I stopped breathing from an asthma attack, started on some pretty heavy meds, finally weaned myself off of some of them while still staying on the inhalers, I was doing good losing weight and my asthma was barely noticeable until this last few weeks,, while I"ve had several pretty bad attacks I was just wonder if anyone has any good suggestions to keep being able to exercise when an attack comes on..Normally I wait a week to let the prendisone do it's job and then I get back to it, I currently do a Yoga exercise for breathing disorders which helps my lungs but not the rest of me...
