I have not weighed in 2 years, so don't really know my weight "goal", but I would like to be down at least 3 sizes this time next year. WHEN I follow my exercise and nutrition goals, this will happen! As for asthma, who knows! I am hoping to have better lung function, less of a problem when exercising and finally be able to take more than 3 flights of stairs without getting winded (and needing to use inhaler). For some reason stairs and I do not get along. I can use the elliptical for an hour, no problem, but sometimes even a flight of stairs gets me huffin. So, that is my goal, to take stairs without the use of an inhaler. Hopefully this is possible... Otherwise, I have my asthma pretty well controlled, know the triggers, and know how to keep it under control. Mostly.
