I have exercise-induced asthma too...My doctor recommends SWIMMING as it tones, strengthens and helps the asthma patient shed pounds without putting too much strain on the lungs. Unfortunately, we don't have a pool yet. :( Until then, I alternate walking in place (with my rescue inhaler in my pocket!!!) with riding a stationary exercise bike. I can't go more than five minutes at a time right now due to severe asthma & COPD, but it's a start. I wish you every success & I hope you find a fitness routine that works for you without exacerbating your condition.
I want to lose 2 pounds per week & 100+ lbs. in 2012!! Reward: Trip to exotic locale with my husband. :)
Hey Team Just found out I had it!!!!!! Was having trouble last week. And the doctor told me to take it easy! I replied I was actually upset. So chair exercises Tips anyone... Lets lose this weight and get healthy together!!!
