My goals, hmm...that's still a hard one of sorts cos I'm good on the long-term (get down to 70kg and size 14) but I keep stumbling on some of my shorter term ones (don't drink soda and get enough protein). Yet, I like to be positive that I've quite Coke that's allowed me to lose 4kg and 10cm from waist and it's taught me about my junk food habits. Amazingly, I've stopped all McDonalds and my new fav fast food is Subway (ie tuna sub).
Goals: I signed up for Bootcamp for additionally motivation and ideas. I'm trying to do some of the team challenges (calorie counting only brings me down and I'm not a huge believer in scales but rather size). 1) keep working on increasing my protein
2) working on portion control 3) exercising daily (especially cardio) 4) REWARDING myself (this is very important and I'm still figuring it out): I think go to movie, buy new DVD/book/music, go travel somewhere.
Kinda long but I'm also trying to get myself up to reflection, as well as cleaning up my sparkpage and sparkmails:)
