My New Year's Resolution is to finally lose the weight I want to lose. I am using SP to track everything, and have been following the Turbo Jam Maximum Results package for workouts...... Oh, and I've also made a bet with my husband - who can lose the biggest percentage of weight by March 27 (our oldest son's 3rd birthday)

My goal this year is to do morning yoga first thing. I bought myself a cute pink sticky mat for Christmas so I have something fun to use.
Last year's goals were taking a multi-vitamin daily and flossing my teeth. I'm proud to say that I do both regularly now. I am a lone parent to 3 kids (and one with autism), so self-care falls by the wayside too often.
Never make resolutions, just start a new day every day. It is 48 degrees and raining here in Michigan,, on top of the snow,, I had to get up in the dark to get some tests at the hospital,, no visibility,, pea-soup fog.. slippery too.. I hope your resolutions come true!!
