I was just introduced to Turbo Jam about a month ago. I did Learn & Burn for the first couple of times, and even during that I was wheezy
. For the past 3 weeks I've been doing Cardio Party Mix 2, and I LOVE it, but I have to slow down periodically throughout the workout (sometimes even stopping for 30 secs. or so) because I can't catch my breath.
Anyone else do Turbo? Can you offer some advice on how to maintain the intensity throughout??
