I did TurboJam for a long time with great results! Unfortunately my asthma has kept me from it this year (hospitalized twice...really bad the first time) but i am starting to slowly get back into cardio.
Try the 20 minute workout before you try to do ANY of the Cardio Party workouts. It's much easier and you still get a great workout. If it gets to be too much just bring the intensity down or walk in place if you have to....as long as you keep moving!

Good luck to you emoticon

I was just introduced to Turbo Jam about a month ago. I did Learn & Burn for the first couple of times, and even during that I was wheezy emoticon . For the past 3 weeks I've been doing Cardio Party Mix 2, and I LOVE it, but I have to slow down periodically throughout the workout (sometimes even stopping for 30 secs. or so) because I can't catch my breath.
Anyone else do Turbo? Can you offer some advice on how to maintain the intensity throughout??
Thanks!

~ Kimberly
