In that article, Dr Weil suggests maintaining proper omega-3 levels. Omega-3s help with inflamation, which we experience in our lungs. One source of Omega-3s is oily fish.

In this SparkPeople Article, they talk about new research results in farmed tilapia, a very popular fish. The Omega-3s and omega 6 proportions in farmed tilapia might not be beneficial...

To me, a diet is not just what you are eating right now to meet nutritional or fitness goals, it is what you eat and your eating habits.

Over the years, I have been getting closer and closer to this type of diet:

I do think it has helped me. However, I've been migrating toward this time of diet for over 10 years. I'm still not there - for example, I fell off the vitamins and supplements.

What do you think about it?
