To me, a diet is not just what you are eating right now to meet nutritional or fitness goals, it is what you eat and your eating habits.
Over the years, I have been getting closer and closer to this type of diet:
I do think it has helped me. However, I've been migrating toward this time of diet for over 10 years. I'm still not there - for example, I fell off the vitamins and supplements.
