I just started week 6, pump and shred. I am loving it. I am really just trying to tone up and not lose a ton of weight. I only have about 5 pounds I would like to lose, but if I keep my weight as is and look tone I will be completely thrilled.
During your first round or even this round, did you follow the food plan? Or did you follow your own plan? For myself, it's tough to follow every meal out of the book. Instead I create a shopping list of foods used in their recipes but I create my own meals from those items.
