Ok! I'm excited. My birthday is today and LMP should be delivered by the end of the week!!! EEK! I am patiently waiting to pop those dvds in the second i get them! I can't wait. I am also getting the awesome deal of Rev abs for ~$30 with free shipping. So i may do a little of that on the walk days or maybe turbo jam.

I also got tired of Chalene Extreme and needed something more exciting. LMP really fit the bill. I love the workouts and the team. I see more results doing this program than any other I have done in the past. Worth every penny.

Failure is NOT an option!

I am glad you are liking it. I wish my gym offered LMP. That would be convenient. I would love to try it out before i get it. I still love my gym membership for the pool and hot tub. lol I had also been taking my P90X2 guide in there (before spraining my ankle) and had been using their weights since they have a ton more variety in weights than i do.

What is the LMP nutrition guide like?

I am in week 5 of Les Mills Pump and I LOVE it. The way the videos are put together are excellent. They rotate instructors throughout the workout so I am not getting bored of hearing the same voice or seeing the same face on the screen over and over.

Before Les Mills Pump, I was doing Chalean Extreme and as much as I love that workout routine, I needed a change. I have been eyeballing this program since it came out. I had heard of classes in the local gyms through a co-worker and she absolutely loves it and she looks awesome. That was my push to purchase it.

Hey everybody. I don't own LMP yet, but would absolutely love to get my hands on this program. Maybe for my birthday in October. Its been out for a while so i was wondering what were your first impressions of it, what are some of the results that you saw during each phase of the program (not sure if it has phases, but i'm guessing that it does). What is the nutrition guide like?
Thanks in advance for all the info!
