I also started July 9th and am so excited to do this program! I love the fact that we have a support group to keep us on track. The workouts have been GREAT! I can't do the meals yet but once I shop and see results maybe that will motivate me to do the meals too. I am watching what I eat but am not too strict. Best wishes everyone!

Hey all! Started yesterday. Did workout 1 once, because of time. I also play soccer, softball and volleyball, so I don't think I will do the workouts more than once a day. However... Had to get injections in my knee today, so I'm taking the day off. I may try tonight to do a light workout.
I'm on my own food plan because I'm a vegetarian who can't have soy, peanuts, almonds, etc.
I am following the calorie guidelines for this, but not her foods....I know I would not keep this up following what she suggests for food. So, I'm going for healthier choices of things I like and just watching my portion size. That is a lifestyle change I can manage. I started the week I ordered it with counting my calories to stay in the 1200-1400 range and lost 3 pounds while it was in shipment and that is even with managing to go out to eat 1 night and going to a BBQ! I completed Day 2 exercises last night and all I have to say this morning is ouch! Some ibuprofin made it ok, but I can definitely say these DVDs are doing a great job of targeting the muscles! I would love to join everybody in their quest to completed JMBR! I've had mine for a couple of months now and just haven't gotten around to starting it. Today (Monday) will be my first day. I will start it after The Bachelorette!!! That's my Monday night show...LOL. My name is Claire, I live in Indianapolis, I am 40, and I have a 15-year old son. At this time I only work 2 nights a week as an ER RN. I've been following WW and did very well the first 4 weeks. I fell off about a week and a half ago. But I restarted this morning. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. Please share your story with me! I love meeting new people!
