I dip my fork, or the tip of the lettuce (or whatever), into regular dressing, which substantially minimizes the amount used. That way - especially when I'm not at home - I can enjoy taste without as many calories. At home, I don't use any dressing - I top my salads with cottage cheese. I like the taste, and cottage cheese gives all the moisture a salad needs.

Try Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressing. The chunky blue cheese has only 1 gram of sugar and is 30 calories for 2 Tbsp. Their Classic Balsamic vinaigrette dressing has 5 grams so make sure you check each kind. I bought it at Walmart and I really love both!!
