2012 ended up in maintenance as I shifted my attention to addresses other matter. Instead of fighting myself, the goal became to maintain and that went well. I'm working on my 2013 plan now. I usually give myself 2 weeks into Jan before making additional changes, call it a grace period after the back-to-back holidays and birthdays.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face.

Mistakes are the portals of discovery.

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

2012 was great I lost 26 pounds on SP and 5 pounds before I started.
2013 I want to meet my goal and maintain my weight.
