This afternoon after a regular meeting with friends, we all went out for a bite to eat/coffee as is our custom. I planned for it and I had a DQ Strawberry Banana smoothie. Was OK, not really satisfying.
The small has 250 calories and 42 gr. of sugar. A definite ***NO*** for me.
I have gone over my calorie limit by 21 cal so is not too bad. However, I will not be having anything but water next Sunday.
