I was 124 to 127 for almost a year (before that I had gone from somewhere in the mid 120s to 150, I weighed that much when I gave birth to my only girl who is almost 16!) I was horrified but I had lost weight when I got divorced then was so happy I did not notice. Then I went to 132 before I knew it between Nov 2011 to June 2012 I am not sure what happened, now I have been doing the Prevention Flat Belly and I am around 125 to 127. How do I get to 124 and stay there? I am 45 and I have a little pouch that sometimes hangs over my pants (muffin top as my daughter says - my wonderful boyfriend - yes I said it at my age! will not say it). I can fit in almost all my clothes that I used to wear and have off and on for the last 10 years I have mostly 4's, some 6's and 1 or 2 8P's depending on the designer and almost all fit (some very tight). I need someone that I can talk to and some help. I have digeneration of the spine so the cold up here in NNY does bother me but I try to walk/jop at least a mile 4 to 6 days a week and some stretches. Eating breakfast and lunch is easy (when I have my daughter I sometimes stray on the way home from work with her) dinner and night snacks are hard my boyfriend is an awesome cook! and he cooks with lots of oil, butter and fats!
