Happy to report my sweet tooth has been tamed just for today.
Have not had sugars for weeks now.
Am at the point of thinking of quitting the team now.
Just don't want to set myself up for a 'relapse'.
What do you think?

Even though I do have some control over my sugar addiction, I do think as I continue to do this challenge and make small changes I will feel have more control over what I eat and I will feel better about myself. It's difficult for me to manage these challenges because I constantly eat sugar for energy however I portion it out. In one day, I have a small chocolate bar and later on I have two chocolate bars. It does add up but I make sure I don't lose control. One reason I don't lose as much weight as I want is because I don't workout enough. According to my busy schedule, I only workout once a week. I record what I eat on my journal and I look at the entries weekly to see how I have done.
Tomorrow I will workout and I hope my diet goes well tomorrow than it did today.
