Hi, SRINAT- I spent two months on thise web site just looking around and trying to figure it out. I think it is very confusing! After two months, I figured I knew enough to join and start losing. I have chosen not to establish a Spark Page, which seems to make taking advantage of certain things more difficult or impossible. I entered my measurements and basic info and started printing a ton of recipes. I track EVERYTHING I eat and have joined a few challenges, which are very helpful. Your "START" page and "SPARK POINTS" page may help you a little bit. Determination and Patience Required!
Welcome! And yes the website is a bit overwhelming at first. Well truthfully, sometimes it still is for me because there are so many nooks and crannies on this site to discover, all good, by the way.
You can post on anybody's spark page, if it's a public page. They will respond on your spark page. It's not like facebook, where you leave a comment and get a notification for every comment that comes afterwards.
If someone writes on your spark page, you must provide your response on their page, not yours because they won't see it.
If you read a blog and want to leave a comment, you do it on the blog page and the blogger will respond on your spark page.
I recommend you join teams that share your same interests, it's an easy way to make friends. There are many teams to choose from. Feel free to check out the teams on my page to give you an idea. You can also look under the community subtitle for sparkteams in order to view the endless list.

I'm finding the site very busy and I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do, where to post, or how this works. I thought this was the place to go for help but it looks like people are posting about their goals and challenges. Where do I go for help with using the site?
