This is week one for me as well. I bought a scale Monday and I dont know if getting on it everyday helps or not. One day it appeared I had lost a couple pounds, the next day the pounds were back.. SMH. Well its the end of the week and I am down 3. Woo hoo!

Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.
It is never too late to be what you might have been.
