Couldn't agree more! I also find that when getting the proper nutrition, especially when I get lots of veggies and fruits, the sugar cravings aren't as bad, The hardest part of it all, is at the start, if I can stick it out, I know it will get better and the cravings will go away

I"m new to the challenge. Finding that if I eat a lot of veggies and some fruit not craving sugar as much, especially at the end of the day. Maybe it is true if you get the nutrients you need you don't get as many cravings. I feel so much better and have more energy without the sugar. Make life sweet without the sugar.
