Greek yogurts are great but if you want some flavours this is the brand my daughter loves best and is fruit juice sweetened and low fat or no fat...you can mix with a dollop of greek yogurt for a protein boost...granola is good as well as chopped walnuts or pecans with a sprinkle of ground flax and cinnamon

Fraser Meadow makes a really good yogurt with only 4 or 5 grams of sugar with no aspartame or added artificial sweeteners. It is made in the fraser valley (near Vancouver, BC) so I am not sure where you live or if it is available for you in a store close to where you live. They have 2 kinds that are low sugar and I believe those flavours are vanilla raspberry and vanilla blueberry. The others that they have are higher in sugar, I am not sure why but those two flavours are not. They are the best tasting yogurts I have ever had in my life. I have been looking for low sugar yogurts and basically will not buy it if it has more than 4 or 5 grams of sugar....I see too many yogurts that have over 20 grams of sugar...that is ridiculous.
