Beany, I haven't seen this brand of yogurt in our stores yet, but I will be
looking for it.

Glad to see you on board!

I would like to eat the greek yogurt especially for the extra protein and no sugar but I can't get past the first bite....any one else have this problem and what did you do to overcome it?

God grant me the patience, knowledge and understanding to do the things I need to do.

carbmaster is great and tastes great too. My favorite is the carrot cake at no fat, 60 calories and 3 grams of sugar.

Great topic. I've been on the hunt for a low sugar yogurt as well. I've been considering making my own.

Greek yogurts are great but if you want some flavours this is the brand my daughter loves best and is fruit juice sweetened and low fat or no fat...you can mix with a dollop of greek yogurt for a protein boost...granola is good as well as chopped walnuts or pecans with a sprinkle of ground flax and cinnamon

Fraser Meadow makes a really good yogurt with only 4 or 5 grams of sugar with no aspartame or added artificial sweeteners. It is made in the fraser valley (near Vancouver, BC) so I am not sure where you live or if it is available for you in a store close to where you live. They have 2 kinds that are low sugar and I believe those flavours are vanilla raspberry and vanilla blueberry. The others that they have are higher in sugar, I am not sure why but those two flavours are not. They are the best tasting yogurts I have ever had in my life. I have been looking for low sugar yogurts and basically will not buy it if it has more than 4 or 5 grams of sugar....I see too many yogurts that have over 20 grams of sugar...that is ridiculous.

Plain low fat greek yogurt or you can make your own. This way you know what is in it. No artificial sweetners, chemicals etc.
