M&Ms. My big downfall right now. Hope to limit to just a palm-ful. (Hope that's less than a handful!). It's a habit with my morning tea. So my chocolate addiction in general is more habit--time of day and with tea--rather than triggered by stress, etc.

I was doing pretty good, then couldn't stop thinking about candy, and went to the store and BOUGHT some!

At least you have an excuse that they were already there! Oh well. It happens. I hadn't had candy for over a week. Sweets/junk, yes, but not ACTUAL candy!! Now, I will say it was still a victory for me, because we only hate 1/2 the bag of Whopper Mini Robin's Eggs, not the WHOLE bag (between the 2 of us). LOL!

we have implemented a candy free house. No one brings home candy without talking to the family unless it is part of a gift bag from a child's party. We have also started the rule that we cannot give each other candy as gifts. This has really open up our imagination on non-food gifts.
You might want to consider this option at your house as well we could all do with less sugar in our lives and still survive emoticon

three days without exercise is not the end of the world, get back on the horse!
As for the M&Ms, ask hubby not to buy them, the kids have plenty of opportunities to eat bad food outside of the house, they don't need extras
Hang in there!

i am doing horribly the last 3 days. eating over my calorie limit, no exercising, and worst of all, i found a FLIPPIN back of M&Ms in the cupboard?! like why!!! my husband doesn't eat candy, he buys it for the kids, and BOOM! i end up having a handful!! i am SOO frustrated/angry/disappointed in myself. I have lost that spring in my spark and I want it back! =( I have ALL this healthy food in my fridge and I reach for m&ms of all things!! UGHHHH!!!!! its like they were taunting me knowing i couldn't have them. laughing at me. emoticon
