I'm still having major problems with hip pain from spinal bone spurs and degenerated discs. Doctors have tried various spinal injections, but nothing is providing relief. Strength exercises have just about disappeared from my routine (hurts too much) but am attempting to maintain cardio. Present to myself for not giving up has been a fitbit ultra - tracks steps, calories, flights of stairs, sleep hours, etc. with no rocket science programming - love it! Searching for an answer to the pain, but have no intention of folding.
Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you will land amongst the stars.
