Take a walk in Massapequa Preserve like I've been wanting to do for days! I think I'll go get ready now so I don't get sidetracked again! LOL

UPDATE: Walk done! Walked just a little over an hour (which is much more than I've done of anything so far). According to my Fitbit stats, I walked 2.85 miles; 6946 steps.

I did OK last night. They had pizza and wings but I didn't have any and when they had chips and M&Ms I had a Clif bar that I brought. I did have a beer but I stayed within my calories for the day. I call it a victory!

Come back to sp & Stay back...Its overwhelming and intimidating....but I need to pull myself out of the funk...losing my dad almost 2 years ago sent me into a tailspin I didn't even recognize, nor could ever imagine..But I need to come back and follow my meal plans and track my exercise..I'm Baaaaack!

1 lb gain? Irrelevant. My scale has, on occasion, told me I lost 1-1/2 lbs from taking a shower. Hey, I know I needed one but c'mon!

I'm fighting the scale now too, but I try and remind myself that my clothes still fit good, that people still tell me I look good and it's not always all about the scale. Keep it up, you'll be fine!

I made out OK at the holiday party... had only two drinks, none of the unhealthy apps and I had chicken and broccoli, and roast beef for my meal with a salad with oil and vinegar dressing.
