Here's what I googled: visual weight loss simulator
Because there are more sites, some you can even put your own photo in to see different weights I believe. I'm looking into it. It'd be nice to have a visual for each goal loss I'm looking at, I know.

My girlfriend found a site that will let you input your height, weight, and body type to see your current body size and what your goal weight looks like. I printed both out to have as a comparison/motivator. It does help to visualize what I want.

I have a picture that I look at that says "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels." I also have pictures of myself from when I was thinner that help to look at.

My clothes not fitting, the scale, my image in the mirror, being winded way too easily, not wanting to look back a year from now and saying "if I'd only started a year ago.." and of course, the thought that if I don't do something about my health, I run the risk of not even being here a year from now.

All those answers are helpful. The Bible, my husband and seeing how happy my grandchildren are that we interact and play with them instead of just watch them.

Well, today my granddaughter, Sam (age 8), is motivating me. Chatting up a storm while I was on the treadmill this a.m. and now found an old Richard Simmons dvd and is raring to dance. What better way to spend a rainy, cool Saturday. Thanks Sam

So many things, each at different times. I think I lost my motivation for so long and now, I'm just learning how to get it back. My husband, my children, my upcoming trip to France, so many people from this site! YOU!!!
