I've been working out 3x a week since getting "back on track". I don't always want to go, but I push on and do it. Am I just talking to myself at this point? Is anyone reading these? If no one is reading or responding, I will delete the group.
Day 4 of a 7 day bootcamp is in the books! I am so glad I literally got off my butt and started working out again. I'm sleeping better at night and have more energy during the day. Remind me again why I quit in the first place?
I'm apparently the only one who wants to be on here right now. :( Oh well, I'll post an update. I am in day 2 of getting back on the wagon and I'm loving it! I'm so glad I finally bucked up and started working out again!
