There are times that I feel that I should do so much more, but then when I try I hurt very badly. Tonight I was pissed off and stormed out of the house, did a very fast mile walk, now I am hurting so bad that I can't hardly move. But I did get some calories burned. And was less pissed when I got home.
i knew it would be a challenge. its amazing how hard it is to change things :) don't frett about it. but it got everyone thinking about what you eat and drink and that was the main focus of the challenge
I am also killing the water drinking everyday. I have only had red meat once this week. And tonight am making a broccoli/pea pod noodle thingie for supper. Been trying to exercise everyday even if it is just walking the dogs or going up and down the basement steps. I figure anything is better than sitting on my tushie.

"We are going to work on what we eat. (...) This weeks challenge is get our 8 cups of water a day, reduce our red meat to one meal this week, and have one night that is just veggies! I know this will be difficult for some that have picky husbands or kids so if you can't do the veggie night at least get your water. If you do a veggie night take a picture and post the recipe! have fun guys!"
Sadly, I have only accopmlished one of the goals. I'm killing the 8 cups of water per day. I've eaten red met for about 3 meals, and I have not had a veggie night, though I have eaten lunch this week w/o meat in it.
