About twice a week. Sometimes I keep vegetable soup on "warm" and eat when I'm hungry. I don't know what I'd do without the slow cooker. On the other hand, I don't do much more than cut vegetables, add bouillion and let it go at that.
Still, I have created a Manhattan clam chowder that I really like. My very own recipe. I guess I should post it, but I don't think anyone else will like it. (I use tomato sauce instead of diced tomatoes, but I like the taste better.)

I have been using my crockpot more lately. I am trying to cook more and eat out less. Sometimes it is unavoidable on nights when I get off work at 5 and have girl scouts at 5:30. I have been averaging twice a week. I am also trying a couple new recipes a week to add some variety to my cooking. Hubby was complaining he is tired of eating the same stuff all the time.
