I am the team leader for Working Moms Feeling Guilty, hence my reason for being on this team. I am always looking for a way to lesson my time in the kitchen, spend more time with my kids and somewhere along the line look after me. I wanted to invite all of my fellow friends and teammates to join me on the Biggest Loser Challenge that will begin on February 1st on Working Moms Feeling Guilty. We are breaking off into teams and the leaders are challenging our groups to help them reach their goals and try new things.
The challenges will be physical and non-physical. Challenges such as cutting down on fast food, making a concious effort to try to cut down on processed foods on certain days, try to cook fresh veggies a few times a week. Also things like walk or run the length of a 3 K or 5K this week in addition to your normal workout, do steps for as long as you can so we can see who lasted the longest to win a goodie, work out without the gym or the equipment, Do a Coach Nicole video, etc.
Many people make New Years resolution and they loss their luster by the end of January. I am hoping this challenge will keep people excited and challenged to see what the next week will hold.
