WOW! I found a litany of recipes and information for fixing eggs in a crock pot! There are too many links to try to do the 'copy/paste' thing, so let me suggest that you go to VIEW SPARK POINTS and do your WEB SEARCH. Type in EGG RECIPES FOR SLOW COOKERS and a tremendous amount of links for information and various recipes should come up! Several of these recipes state that they are for brunches and/or large quantities!

I found a breakfast casserole recipe that sounds wonderful! Thanks for such a great question and a chance to expand the uses for our crock pots!

Good question! Hmmm....I don't think I ever have made eggs in a crock pot, but I'll check to see if I can find some recipes and/or info on it. I'll get back to you on this asap.

Can you make eggs in a crockpot?

I am looking for a recipe for brunch for Easter. My oven is already going to be full. Does anyone have a recipe for some kind of "egg dish" that can be made in a crockpot?
