Remember to go to bed an hour early Saturday night 3/7/09, because you will lose an hour sleep - at 2:00 am on Sunday morning 3/8/09 the time becomes 3:00 am, "Spring Forward" one hour, the clock "Springs Ahead" one hour, in Spring.
Remember to change batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, and schedule dental cleaning, in addition to changing watches and clocks.
