Thank you so much for all the advice! I can't wait to use my cp again
Great question and cool responses! Team!
I found some websites that have healthy crock pot recipes with nutritional information. www.eatingwell.com/recipes/collectio
I found a couple other recipes that looked good, but don't have the nutritional information.

Josie, I do what the other posters do.
Another idea: Sometimes I'll search in SparkRecipes, there is usually a recipe already in there like mine, or similar. I pick the one closest to the recipe I used, that has the same or less ingredients (but not more ingredients); then I add the missing ingredient to that day's food (click on "Add a food").
Groupings: this is good for stuff you eat all the time. I drink hot tea with lemon & sweetener. I created a Food Grouping, "Hot Tea".
Your own recipes: either add each ingredient separately, import a SparkRecipe onto your My Nutrition page, or make your own recipe and add it to the SparkRecipes.com database; then import that recipe. It's a great timesaver to have your own recipe in there. But I see lots of duplicates, too.

I either load it as a recipe or as a food grouping.
Eat the food that God gave us, not the "food" that humans created in laboratories
You'd need to enter the recipe into sparkrecipe.com. I usually try a recipe once and if I get the thumbs up from my family I'll load it into the recipe data base so that I always have it available to me and I have the nutritional value too.

I have really enjoyed trying some of the recipes listed but I've run into a bit of a snag. Most of the ones I've tried don't have nutritional information listed and I don't know how to figure it out. Any recommendations on where I can learn how to figure out calories per serving and such?
