Good morning all. To answer this question figure out how many days you are going to be motorhoming and fix the number of meal required ahead of time then freez them. Defrost and put in the microwave as needed. Then it is done ahead of time and you will be able to enjoy the great outdoors at whatever destimation you arrive at. Now go and enjoy your day.

I replied to this posts in another team but I thought someone on this team might like to see this website also. Freeze ahead meals:

NOTE: This is not a low fat site, so you will have to adjust the recipes. I substitute with low fat, low sodium items all of the time and the recipes turn out wonderful.

I am looking for some good reheatable meal ideas.
I'm the 'motorhome' mom on weekends at events we go to, and I'm in charge of the food for myself and 2 guys. It's my goal to keep us all eating healthy, but is hard to do with limited fridge space and not really wanting to cook (stove and oven) inside.
I need ideas for foods I can freeze and reheat in the microwave easily. Any ideas?
