It's not a recipe, but I made a chicken for Easter in the crockpot! I just balled up aluminum foil into several small balls to set the chicken on, seasoned it with Seasoned Salt, Garlic, and Rosemary spices, and cooked it all night. It was SO good!
I also put a ham in the over, cooked it for about 2 hours with a brown sugar sauce, then transferred it to my other crockpot (the lid doesn't fit properly, so I use it mainly to keep things warm). Everyone said it was the best ham they ever had!
